Panthera Dance Company’s Dance Fitness classes are made for beginners who wish to return to exercising! It will focus on improving fitness levels, and strength!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Technique
  • Choreography
  • Use of the Core
  • Fitness Exercises to help gain strength and lose weight

REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • Trainers
  • Bottle of Water
  • A can-do, positive attitude

Please note that tuition for all class levels depends on both individual and the collective group’s ability. We carefully consider the appropriate pace at which you can learn.
