Panthera Dance Company’s Dance Fitness classes are made for adults who wish to return to or start exercising.  It will focus on improving fitness levels and strength.

Repeat fitness routines to focus on strengthening different parts of your body to popular dance music.

 

 

Musical Theatre Fitness

Panthera Dance Company’s Musical Theatre classes is an adult class, and will use music from different Musicals every week, teaching either original choreography from the show or choreography in the style of the show!

Musical Theatre incorporates lots of different styles of dance including Jazz, Contemporary, Street Dance and Commercial.

These classes will be a fun filled class and hopefully give you an insight into dancing in a West End Show, focusing on choreography and performance.

 

Latin Fiesta

Latin Fiesta is a class of fiery, latin fitness taught by Dario.

A high energy, aerobics class bound to keep you fit, as well as smiling! The perfect combination of dance and fitness, whilst learning latin dance style movements too! Perfect for those who want to have fun whilst keeping fit.
