Tumble/Acro classes at Panthera will focus on progressive exercise to help brand new beginners achieve tricks!

This sub-category of Gymnastics will compliment dance by teaching tricks including back handsprings, cartwheels and others alike.

It will aim to improve strength, flexibility and ultimately confidence as you make your way through the terms classes.

There’s a VERY limited number of places in this class due to need for more space per person.
